When Jordan, the owner of KBX Performance, first came to us six months ago, his original goal was a new website. But as we started our strategic work together, we quickly realised that with his passion and vision, we could help him build a foundation for something much bigger.

A Collaborative Approach to Strategic Design

Our work with KBX Performance has been defined by collaboration from day one. Instead of simply presenting ideas, we work side-by-side with Jordan in a spirit of growing together. We meet every two weeks to discuss updates and brainstorm new ideas. Jordan isn't just a client approving a design—he's an active participant, even getting hands-on with us in the Figma files.

Moving Beyond the Website

What started as a website project evolved into a comprehensive Brand Strategy. We're close to finishing off their V1 of their brand identity, and we've helped refine KBX’s brand identity and messaging, building a foundation that will support their business for years to come. This holistic approach is essential for any business aiming for long-term growth.

Before & After

We began by recreating the original logo, which was a great first effort by the KBX team, but we knew we could help them elevate their brand further with some small adjustments and core graphic design principles. We made it a smoother, vector-based asset and created more accessible and platform-agnostic lockups to ensure consistency. This was a crucial first step in their Brand Design journey.

Improve Internal Processes

Our strategic work helped Jordan improve his internal processes, setting his business up for a scalable product design future. This is a powerful reminder that the best results come from a true partnership.

A New Standard for Collaboration

The ongoing journey with Jordan and KBX Performance is a powerful reminder that the best results come from a true partnership. This approach transforms a simple project into an opportunity to scale a brand and achieve remarkable business growth. This is where strategic design truly shines. It's about building a partnership that goes beyond the surface and focuses on a business's core processes, setting the stage for long-term digital branding success.
