Studio Soren Design Coaching Policy

This policy outlines the terms of engagement for Studio Soren Limited’s design coaching. By making an advance payment for a coaching session, you acknowledge you are Studio Soren’s mentee and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Coaching Services

Studio Soren will provide an agreed length of time for advisory design direction and initial design input. This service is intended for expert guidance and practical next steps.

Coaching Fee & Payment

The coaching session fee is agreed in writing prior to coaching arrangement. This fee is payable in full, in advance of the scheduled sessions(s). Payment must be made via bank transfer to Studio Soren’s business account.

Booking and Rescheduling

Your coaching slot is confirmed upon our email confirmation and receipt of your advance payment. You may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the coaching fee. Please note that no refunds will be issued once payment is received.

Coaching Outcomes

We will provide verbal and/or visual advice during the one-hour session. Extensive documentation or project files are not included unless agreed upon separately.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared, unless mutually agreed in writing or work is within the public domain.

Limitation of Responsibility

Studio Soren’s responsibility for any claims arising from this coaching is limited to the amount agreed per coaching session conducted.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
