Optaro: Elevating an Agentic Ai Brand through Digital Storytelling
Optaro is an AI native agentic platform that helps supply chain teams turn data into decisions. Studio Soren rebuilt the brand from the ground up with a new logo, brand guidelines, launch film and website, taking Optaro from a product stood up fast to a brand ready to raise investment and compete in decision intelligence.

01 · Starting point
Optaro had built something rare: a working agentic platform, with a website and first brand made alongside it using Claude.

02 · The opportunity
The Optaro team recognised the need for a differentiated, branded website to match the strength of their product. We were thrilled to partner with them on it.

03 · The sequence
Logo and brand guidelines came first, then a film for the launch, followed by the website and the product surfaces that carry the brand day to day.

01 The Challenge
Not dashboards. Decisions.
Supply chains generate more signals than any team can act on, and most tools stop at showing them. Optaro is built to act. The name comes from the Latin optāre, to choose or strive for the best outcome, and that is the work its AI agents do every day.
Optaro senses what is changing, analyses what it means and executes the decision, with a human taking the final call. That loop of sense, analyse, execute became the spine of the brand, carried through a messaging hierarchy every deliverable had to align with.
Content & language
Words first. Tone of voice workshops shaped the visual language.

Visual direction
The human is in control. Always.
Most AI brands put the machine on stage: glowing orbs, neural meshes, a product that seems to act alone. Optaro is data source agnostic. It takes whatever a client already has and turns it into a clear call a person can approve, adjust or decline.
The moodboard set that tone. Sharp geometric forms and structured grids stand for the quiet, reliable system underneath, and bold contrast and human portraits sit on top, so a decision always reads as someone’s choice.
Customers would see this brand for four seconds on a shared screen before moving to the next deck, so the voice had to be crisp, confident, value led and human. Sophisticated, not complicated.
The visual system matches. One typeface, a ten shade purple scale, and a mark that can sit next to a P&L slide without looking decorative. It all ships as a single guideline document the team can work from.

03 Digital Storytelling
Thirty seconds, written before it was drawn
Every frame of the launch film was sketched before anything moved. The storyboard set the story first: a problem investors recognise, and the moment Optaro turns data into a decision.
From there the boards went into the edit, where picture, words and voice were cut together into the final film.

Optaro came to us with a great product and a brand that couldn't keep up. If that sounds familiar, book a free 30 minute call with me. We'll talk through where you are and what we'd do first.
